Started my own company, GLP Technologies, where I build practical apps. I launched ClockIt, an app that helps New Zealanders track their hours and understand their pay. ClockIt reached #67 on the App Store NZ Financial Apps charts in the first 48 hours. I manage product direction, development, and growth with a focus on real user needs.
